Q1. Do things get very messy during the project?
A1. At US Restoration and Remodeling, we understand that any project will be a disruption to your normal way of life and we’ll do everything in our power to minimize the mess. We lay tarps at every job site and we’ll lay new ones if the tarps get too dusty or dirty. We ventilate the work area whenever possible to minimize the amount of dust that remains inside the house. We clean up the major dust and debris at the end of each work day and completely clean up the work area on the last day.
Q2. How does communication work during the project?
A2. Your project manager will touch base with you at the end of each work day to let you know how things are going and discuss any questions you may have. If anything comes up during the course of the project, you can always feel free to contact your project manager directly.

Q4. What if I think I have hail damage?
A4. If you think that your roof or siding has been damaged by a storm contact US Restoration and Remodeling first. We will come out and look over your home and let you know what we think needs to be done. Next you will need to contact your insurance company’s claims department. They will need to know the date of the storm and what was damaged. The insurance company will give you a claim number. Be sure to have this number available as we will need it in the course of working with your insurance company.
Q5. Who deals with the insurance company?
A5. We will handle the claim and take care of any interaction with the insurance company.

Q6. What if my insurance company didn’t give me enough money to cover the repairs?
A6. Contact us and we will work directly with your adjuster to ensure that any necessary changes are made to cover all the necessary work.
Q7. Will US Restoration and Remodeling arrange all the contractors on my project?
A7. Yes, US Restoration and Remodeling is a general contractor and will take care of lining up all the contractors that will need to be involved.

Q8. Is my roof or siding damage covered by insurance?
A8. If you have damage to your roof or siding, there is a pretty good chance that it can be covered by insurance. We will come out and carefully examine everything and let you know what work needs to be done. We will also let you know if we feel that it is a legitimate insurance claim. We will be honest with you and discuss all the options available to you for the repair.
Q9. How do I get hold of you if I have questions after the project is done?
A. You can feel free to contact us at any time. Your complete satisfaction is our number one priority.
Q10. Can you draw up a plan if I give you a sketch of my ideas for my bathroom or kitchen?
A. Absolutely. Please include exact measurements of the room so we can draw up accurate plans. We can also come out and do the measurements if you would like.
